Cookie and Advertising Policy

The core detector does not need a cookie and advertising is disabled by default. This policy explains necessary website technology and how optional analytics or advertising would be introduced transparently if enabled later.

Necessary cookies and storage

The application itself does not save the selected photo or detector result in cookies or persistent browser storage. Hosting or security infrastructure may use strictly necessary technology to deliver pages, prevent abuse, or maintain service reliability.

Analytics cookies

Analytics are disabled in the central configuration. If enabled, the publisher must identify the provider, configure appropriate consent, minimize data, and prevent filenames, photos, landmarks, and facial measurements from entering events.

Advertising cookies

Advertising is also disabled. If activated after approval by an advertising provider, cookies or similar identifiers may support ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, or measurement, subject to provider settings and applicable law.

Third-party advertising

Future ad units will be clearly labelled 'Advertisement' and kept away from the uploader, Analyze button, active photograph, and analysis state. Ads will not be designed to resemble navigation or encourage accidental clicks.

Google AdSense preparation

The code includes a reusable but inactive ad component. This does not mean the website is approved for or currently using Google AdSense. Live code should be added only after the publisher has a valid publisher ID, has completed required policy steps, and has updated consent and privacy disclosures.

Browser controls

Browsers allow you to delete or block cookies and site storage. Blocking strictly necessary technology may affect delivery or security, but the browser-based photo analysis is not designed to rely on persistent storage.

Policy updates

This page will be updated before materially different analytics or advertising technology is activated. The modified date will change only when the content or practice changes meaningfully.
